In 2019 The VR Expo is offering a more relaxed and informal programme with a networking event to precede the awards ceremony.
Thought leaders, innovators, developers, operators and those just curious about the new technologies emerging in VR are welcome to sign up for their special networking session.
Think of it a little like speed dating for the VR Industry and you get the idea. Simply sign up on their website to take part and in due course we’ll list the organisations registered and issue a schedule of appointments.
Rules participation awards
Entries are open to any individual, organisation or team working globally
By entering you automatically agree to the rules of the awards competition
Entrants may be contacted by the organisers asking for additional information, or for permission to publish or promote submitted content as part of the marketing and logistics surrounding the awards
Entrants are invited to submit as many entries as they wish, but each entry will be treated as a separate submission and each entry must be paid for in order to be put forward to the judging panel
Entries should consist of work or projects completed between 26 January 2018 and 8 February 2019, the final closing date
All entries should fall broadly under the category headings supplied, and the judges have the right to move entries between categories if they feel work has been incorrectly entered.
Where work has been submitted that is exceptional but does not fit a particular category, the judges may decide to award the work in a newly names category as the awards are designed to recognise innovative ideas and new thinking
No support material or entries will be returned
The judges decisions are final and no communication will be entered into following the results
Work submitted and then withdrawn will be subject to a £25.00+vat admin fee
