The international conference “i4c” (“innovation for content”) of the Bavarian Film Center with its focus on immersive storytelling and spatial narratives already grew into an exhibition in 2018. This year i4c is growing further and starts a competition for narrative VR in cooperation with the International Filmfest München.
Virtual Worlds – International Competition for Narrative VR
Every summer since 1983 the international Filmfest München celebrates the best international and German films of the year. Around 500 film screenings and numerous other events invite visitors to become acquainted with new content, new technology, and current trends — but above all to interact with people and exchange ideas.
Film Fest Munich sees itself as a host whose doors are wide open to everyone and is a principal summer festival with over 80,000 admissions every year. More than 2,000 film industry professionals from around the world and over 500 members of the press are accredited annually.
